You take care of applications for professionals in the E+W sector;
You proactively bring available professionals to the attention of the right clients;
You recruit new clients (by telephone) and maintain the relationship with existing clients;
In your own workshop you check (selection process) whether the professionals understand their profession;
You coordinate with your colleagues from Facilities and Finance for housing and transport;
You ensure sufficient occupation on the construction site and make adjustments if necessary;
With your sense of commerce you know how to bind your clients to you for new assignments;
You visit the construction site to keep in touch with the craftsmen, your clients and the project;
In busy times you help out in the team of recruiters.

Healthy work ethic and not easy to catch;
Work experience in a dynamic position in which there is a lot of switching between parties;
Commercial and result-oriented;
Good command of the Dutch and English language, verbally and in writing;
Affinity with the E&W sector;
